At Zenneatnest, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. If you need to return a physical product, we’ve designed our return and refund policy to be clear and fair, aligning with the laws of the European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), and international standards.


1. Right to Cancel and Return

1.1 For EU and UK Customers:

  • Customers in the EU and UK have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, as per the Consumer Rights Directive (EU) and the Consumer Rights Act (UK).
  • This "cooling-off period" allows you to return items for any reason and receive a full refund, including the standard delivery charge.

1.2 For International Customers:

  • We offer a 14-day return policy for international customers from the date you receive your order.
  • Refunds for international orders may exclude the original delivery charges unless the product is faulty or damaged.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned in unused, original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories included.
  • Exclusions: Products not in their original condition or showing signs of use may:
    • Be deemed ineligible for a refund, or
    • Be subject to a restocking fee of 10%, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring items are packaged securely to prevent damage during return transit.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • For cancellations prior to shipping, refunds will be processed immediately.

Partial Refunds:

  • If only part of an order is returned, a partial refund will be issued based on the value of the returned items, excluding proportional shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

4. Return Shipping Costs

4.1 If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Zenneatnest will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund, including the original delivery charges.

4.2 If you change your mind:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when exercising the right to cancel unless otherwise stated.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage. Nitnest is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

5. Lost Packages

  • If a package is lost during return transit and no tracking information is provided, Zenneatnest will not be able to process a refund.
  • If your package is lost during delivery to you, please contact our support team, and we will investigate the issue with our courier partner. Replacement or refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

6. Refund Timing

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of:
    • Receiving the returned product at our facility, or
    • Receiving proof that the item has been shipped back.
  • Refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Compliance with Consumer Laws

This policy complies with:

  • European Union Consumer Rights Directive.
  • United Kingdom Consumer Rights Act.
  • Relevant international laws where applicable.

8. How to Request a Return

  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service and retain proof of postage.
